ID Photo Maker: Sizepix Privacy Policy

WorldTrend G.K. (WorldTrend合同会社), a limited liability company (godo kaisha) established under the laws of Japan ("we"), provides the ID Photo Maker: Sizepix app. This policy explains what information is handled when you use ID Photo Maker: Sizepix.
1. Your photos and face data stay on your device
ID Photo Maker: Sizepix makes ID photos entirely on your device. To find your face and crop the photo, the app analyzes the photo on your device (on Android, with Google ML Kit models included in the app; on iOS, with Apple's Vision framework). The photos you take or choose, the results of the face analysis, and the ID photos you create are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not stored by the app. To choose a photo, the app uses your device's built-in photo picker and does not access the rest of your photo library. To take a photo, the app opens your device's camera. When you save an ID photo, the app asks only for permission to add a new image to your photos.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through ID Photo Maker: Sizepix. ID Photo Maker: Sizepix has no account or sign-in and does not store your photos, analysis results, or history.
3. Advertising
ID Photo Maker: Sizepix shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob when you save or share an ID photo. Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), approximate location based on your IP address, interactions with ads, and diagnostic data, to show ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. In regions where it is required (such as the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent through Google's consent tool, and you can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the app.

4. Google ML Kit (Android only)
On Android, the Google ML Kit software used for face analysis may send Google information about the device and the app (such as device model and OS version, app package name and version, device identifiers, performance metrics, and error codes) for diagnostics and usage analytics. 5. Network use
ID Photo Maker: Sizepix connects to the internet only to load ads and consent forms and, on Android, for the ML Kit information described above. Ads are not loaded until your photo has passed the checks and is ready to export.
6. Provision to Third Parties
We do not obtain personal information through ID Photo Maker: Sizepix, and therefore do not provide any to third parties. For information that Google collects directly for advertising and face detection, see Sections 3 and 4.
7. No guarantee of acceptance
ID Photo Maker: Sizepix is not affiliated with any government agency. We do not guarantee that photos made with the app will be accepted by any authority.
8. Children
ID Photo Maker: Sizepix is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
